Design Philosophy: The style of my furniture grew out of a desire to build without traditional woodworking joinery. This began as a method of making furniture, but quickly became integral to the composition and design of my work. I typically use two materials: Wood and Metal. Each has characteristics that are specifically suited for different elements. 

The Studio: Peter Harrison’s 2300 square foot shop is located just outside of Saratoga Springs in Upstate New York. He has an expansive collection of vintage woodworking and metalworking machinery.
